Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and expertise in software development best practices.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.
- Drive innovation and improvement in our development processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Java, Spring, GraphQL, JDBC, MySQL, Apache Stripes, jsp, servlets, and Kafka.
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React in particular.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
