Description
We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Blanchardstown, Dublin.
Requirements of Night Manager/Supervisor:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse
- Experience in leading a team
- Excellent knowledge and commitment to best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - spoken and written
- A team player with a hands on approach
Responsibilities of Night Manager/Supervisor:
- Supervising staff and allocating duties
- Ensuring the unit is presented professionally and updating displays daily
- Assisting with weekly stock takes
- Following delivery procedures and ensuring stock is accurate and secure
- Rosters planning
- Ensuring equipment is maintained and PPE is used correctly
- Assist in developing team members
- Ensure correct break periods are observed
- Handle customer concerns
Schedule:
- 13 hour shift
- Night shift
- 6pm to 7am
Ability to commute/relocate:
