Job Title: Sales And Business Developement Manager

Location: Sweden, Stockholm

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: 45k -60k SEK Per Month (based on experience)

Our clients team is responsible for utility-scale (i.e., very large!) projects. They are currently a market leader in Sweden and on a strong growth path across Europe. Our client is now looking for their next to help scale their business even further! As the market is now evolving with large scale battery storage systems, solar/storage hybrid systems and ancillary services for solar assets our clients team is now looking to grow further to serve the surging needs from their customers!

The role

You will play a pivotal role in leading major revenue initiatives within our clients segment, directly influencing our overarching growth objectives in the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sector as well as ancillary services for their solar farms. With their team already commanding a significant market presence, there is a robust foundation upon which you can accelerate this business.

Your role will include, but won't be limited to:
Initiating and cultivating relationships with potential clients, such as developers, industries, and property stakeholders interested in implementing BESS solutions.

Develop and own the offer for FCR-D down services with our clients solar farms.

Developing compelling offerings for tenders together with the engineering team.

Serving as the primary liaison for clients, while collaborating closely with the engineering team, suppliers, and partners to tailor the best BESS solution for each project.

Strengthening ties with key industry figures and consistently enhancing and prioritizing your sales pipeline.

Drive the entire client journey, right from the initial interaction to the finalization of agreements, after which it is handed over to the operations team.

Source and manage partnership with suppliers related to frequency services and BESS.

Our client believes that a great match has:
At least 3 years of previous experience and proven track record from b2b sales or business development with BESS, EV charging, ancillary services in large-scale utility, industrial-scale projects or similar technical environments.

A degree in Engineering, MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree

Self-motivated, performance driven, strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others with significant contract negotiation experience

Fluency in and English in speech and writing; Swedish is preferable.

A can-do and get-done attitude and curiosity for finding the best solutions in complex markets
