Operations Administrator/ Planner

Our Client, a successful manufacturer based in South Dublin, is looking for an Operations Administrator/Planner to join their Operations Team. This role will suit a proactive individual with excellent administrative and organisational skills.

The Role:
As the Operations Administrator/ Planner, you will work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and Operations Team to support the efficient delivery of the day-to-day department operations such as:
Manage and update company reports and databases.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Ensure maintenance of training files and matrices as well as production procedures

Coordinate training programmes for Operations team.

Manage the maintenance of office and facility equipment

Participate in ongoing projects

Requirements:
A minimum of two years previous administrative experience

A recognised qualification in administration is a distinct advantage

Strong organizational, time management and administrative skills.

Fluent English both spoken and written

Good interpersonal skills and have an ability to build rapport with colleagues in other departments

Ability to multitask.

Must be seen as positive and enthusiastic demonstrating a “can do” attitude.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
