Product Owner - Dublin (hybrid)

Responsibilities:
The Product Owner will play a crucial role in our client's small development team, managing diverse web, mobile, and workflow services. Operating under a Kanban methodology, you will define Stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery across all platforms. Collaborating with the Product Manager and Dev leads, you will streamline program execution, maintain a customer focus, and uphold the product's technical integrity. As the voice of the customer, you will ensure that the team works on features aligned with business goals and delivers value.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Owner in a scale-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into valuable, comprehensive, and testable Feature Stories.
• Excellent project management skills, including risk management and resource allocation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner is essential.
• Experience in combined Product Owner and Project Management roles is beneficial.
• Agile, Development, or Design certifications are advantageous.

Salary: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
