Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Workplace legislation.
- Establish and implement site-specific construction EHS Plan.
- Develop and manage risk assessments & method statements.
- Create SOPs and provide training to site personnel.
- Report, investigate, and communicate incidents and root causes.
- Conduct scheduled Toolbox Talks for Safety Alerts.
- Complete and record statutory forms and inspections promptly.
- Provide EHS project and documentation support.
- Advise on project training and first aid requirements.
- Fulfil additional duties as requested by EHS Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Relevant qualification in Health & Safety.
- Experience working on a large scale Data Centre project (or similar) would be beneficial but not essential.
- Capable of collaborating and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients.
- Adaptable to change and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
