Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Workplace legislation.
  • Establish and implement site-specific construction EHS Plan.
  • Develop and manage risk assessments & method statements.
  • Create SOPs and provide training to site personnel.
  • Report, investigate, and communicate incidents and root causes.
  • Conduct scheduled Toolbox Talks for Safety Alerts.
  • Complete and record statutory forms and inspections promptly.
  • Provide EHS project and documentation support.
  • Advise on project training and first aid requirements.
  • Fulfil additional duties as requested by EHS Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
  • Relevant qualification in Health & Safety.
  • Experience working on a large scale Data Centre project (or similar) would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Capable of collaborating and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Adaptable to change and receptive to constructive feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
