Description
We’re looking for a Senior Customer Experience Advisor to join a well established Public Sector agency, based out of Central Wellington.
About the role:
- Design products and services that improve customer experience.
- Engage, gather insights and co-design with our customers and communities.
- Advocate for customers to ensure they are at the heart of decisions.
Skills you require:
- A depth of proven practical experience of delivering user-centred design projects, including service and product development, policy development and the design of customer information
- Empathy for customers and communities, and confidence in engaging them directly through workshops and co-design
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- An ability to work confidently with, and influence senior level stakeholders, peers and elected representatives
- An enquiring mind and passion for problem solving.
