M Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced F & B Manager to join a the team at a beautiful hotel based in the heart of Dublin City.
As F & B Manager your main responsibilities will be:
To communicate effectively with all relevant parties and effectively lead your department in a structured and organised manner.
To ensure that all team members have an extensive knowledge of all menu's, standards & service expectations.
Ensure Guest satisfaction monitoring is consistently carried out & deal with any Guest feedback in a responsive manner
Conduct pre-service briefings with team members
Liaise with Kitchen on all culinary matters.
Supervise work performance and systems of operation effectively within the department.
Ensure that tasks are allocated & delegated in a fair manner to ensure operational effectiveness.
Be 'on the floor' during service engaging with Guests & ensuring service is efficient.
Have experience within a similar role
Demonstrate a strong leadership presence and take a proactive hands on role in order to engage with guests and support colleagues on all levels
Be an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating highly energised teams to provide world class service
Be fluent in English
Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with high expectation guests
Have extensive knowledge of food and beverage.
Salary:€35,000-€45,000 DOE
