We are seeking a dynamic Project Lead to join our Content Delivery team. As a Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of a number of educational content projects. This role is to cover maternity leave and would run from mid-March through until the end of November.
About the role:
- Lead and manage a content creation team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of educational content.
- Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
About you:
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in educational content development or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Adaptable and resourceful problem solver, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Jira or similar software for project tracking.
