About the job:
We're looking for a proactive, team player for this important administration role!.

The role involves efficiently and proactively undertaking business processes and administrative functions to support our Dunedin Water Division!

As part of this role you will aim to increase operational performance and efficiency through improving processes related to finance and administration functions required to support the Otago regional business.

What you'll need:

  • Ideally you will have 1-2 years clerical experience, alongside NCEA Level 2 or 3 and a certificate in business experience.
  • We need someone who is able to recognise and manage priorities and timeframes to meet deadlines.
  • You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, while getting along well with your team!
  • Strong skills in IT/computing, Microsoft office and written/verbal communication are also a must.
