Description
I am working on behalf of several kitchen design and manufacturing companies that are actively looking for experienced interior designers. You will be working with clients creating designs, renovating, updating the kitchen and other internal cabinetry of their homes, this includes advice on building materials, themes, colours, patterns, and room layout.
THE ROLES:
- Designing interior cabinetry and kitchens that are the heart of a home
- These companies undertake projects in the mid to high end bespoke markets
- The majority of the work is residential, but may also include some commercial projects, working with homeowners, group home companies and builders
- Work with clients to ensure project comes in on budget
- Able to close the deal, and achieve sales targets
- Liaising with clients throughout the entire design process
ABOUT YOU:
- An experienced interior designer, ideally with a recognised interior design qualification
- Experienced CAD software user
- Knowledge of and experience designing for the New Zealand market
- Love dealing with customers and providing exceptional service
- Dedicated sales person - excellent understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Focused with attention to detail
