Job Title: SR HR Business Partner

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Executive Director, Human Resources

Location: Limerick - Hybrid

JOB OVERVIEW:
Responsible for effectively partnering with business line management and leaders for the purpose of aligning human resources with business priorities. This would include providing strategic support regarding compensation and promotion analysis, performance management, organization development needs, culture survey results, employee relations consultation and intervention, D&I initiatives, and ensuring compliance in all HR related policies and practices. Works collaboratively with colleagues in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Organizational Development, Benefits, HR Strategy, and Payroll to support the business leaders and TSMs. The Sr. HRBP provides consultation and support regarding recruitment, on-boarding practices and implementation, retention strategies, employee engagement initiatives, talent management, work force planning and succession planning. This role includes making presentations. This role is also responsible for partnering with the HR Directors to identify and implement process improvement opportunities, working in collaboration across the HR organization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build excellent working relationships across the business.- Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues.- Review and analyze culture survey results and present to leaders and their teams. Partner with the leaders on action planning.- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve engagement, performance, retention and overall team member experience; follows through on execution.- Responsible for all aspects of Talent Planning from preparation to action planning.- Responsible for the communication of US company policies related to the human resources function.- Provides advice and counsel to leaders on matters related to team member performance and employee relations issues, including involvement with the annual employee evaluation process. Consults corporate legal department on matters related to compliance with employment law.- Develops and maintains positive rapport with TSM’s (Team Schein Members) at all levels.- Supports business with all Human Resource functional areas, including but not limited to job evaluation/job descriptions; policies and procedures; organizational development; on boarding/ off boarding.- Participates in special projects.

- Good standard of Education- Full or partial CIPD qualification desirable
