Role: Warehouse Operative

This warehouse operative role provides a varied workday that includes:

  • Assisting with the unloading of containers and the checking in of stock
  • Sorting and placing products into picking or storage bays.
  • Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing customer orders for dispatch daily
  • General warehouse duties

As a warehouse operative you will be working both alone and as part of a small team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work.

Picking and packing products can involve a substantial amount of manual handling including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting. Having a good range of mobility is important to ensure you can work safely within health and safety regulations without placing undue strain on your body.

Salary: Will depend on experience, Warehouse courses/Forklift training, etc.

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday 07.45 - 16.45, Friday: 07.45 - 12.45 = 39 hours per week

Overtime: Available as required and paid
