Your opportunity

As woomster in our customer experience team, you are one of our figureheads and* represent our company to the outside world* on a daily basis. This makes it all the more important that you, as a communicative and service-oriented personality, can easily recognize the pain points of our customers and quickly work out a common, appropriate solution.

Our headquarter is located in Vienna and in addition you have the opportunity to work flexibly in your home office, however a regular presence in the office is required.

Customer experience is major topic at woom: We not only want to satisfy our (small and large) customers, we want to inspire them!

Your mission:

  • You support our customers throughout the entire ordering process:

  • You handle the complaint management:

  • Independent decision-making *on *credit/debit notes as well as goodwill and warranty cases adapted to our internal guidelines and specifications

  • Project responsibility *for optimising processes and *improving *the *customer experience

Your Skills:

  • You are a communicative *and *service-oriented person and have an eye for the essentials-
  • You are characterised by a structured *and *organised way of working- You are *interested *in *digital topics *and have a quick grasp of them-
  • You are responsible and able to make quick decisions- You have excellent German *and *very good English skills, another foreign language is an advantage-

Who we are:
Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world!* We are an *international, multicultural team with more than 15 nationalities. Our working environment is flexible: in our cool office you sit in the middle of the team for optimal exchange, but you also have enough space to work in peace and the possibility to use home office. With over 170 employees *it can be difficult to maintain* the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2.229;
- on a full-time basis
