YOUR ROLE:
- Coaching on CI activities and approaches in all pillars including on-the-floor activities
- Evaluation of the implementation of integrated activities and harmonisation of standards with the management team
- Building an integrated, seamless working relationship with the plant manager, CI manager and the rest of the organisation
- Development of the leadership team and in particular the local CI managers in the CEE region
- Diagnosing activities and identifying technical know-how and organisational behaviours that prevent implementation
- Tracking the progress of the master plan for the cluster site
- Leading workshops with all plant stakeholders to improve the capabilities and autonomy of the production teams
YOUR SKILLS:
- University degree in Engineering with emphasis in mechanical, manufacturing and/or industrial
- 6+ years of work experience in the production area ideally in FMCG
- Business fluent English skills, every other CEE language is a plus
- Excellent self-management skills and very strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate people
- Good understanding of production processes as well as SHEQ standards
- Very good MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel), SAP/ERP experience
