Description
Part of Purchasing Controlling team with responsibility in the measurement of material performance focusing on electronics and semiconductors
- Planning of direct purchasing performance for electronic control units and semiconductors business
- Business Partner for Ad-hoc request of purchasing buyers and controlling colleagues, including analysis and reports
- Coordination, analysis & reporting of Business Unit purchasing results
- Manage month-end and year-end closing tasks, reporting packs, and master data maintenance
- Execute, coordinate, and enhance operational controlling processes, encompassing data collection, validation, and consolidation.
- Coordinate financial planning and analysis, involving Business Partners and ensuring accuracy in forecasting and business planning.
- Perform detailed analyses on material costs and assess deviations from the plan.
- Prepare and communicate reports on cost development and analysis for relevant areas.
- Adhere to procedures within your area of responsibility and interdepartmental procedures.
- Undertake any other tasks related to your area of responsibility as requested by your direct superior or business.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Economics, Mathematics, or Informatics
- 2-5 years of experience in controlling, purchasing, or finance
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office (especially Excel) and a good understanding of SAP various modules. Macros, and Power BI would be a plus.
- Precise, self-organized working style and efficient with respect to deadlines.
- Structured, careful, and analytical approach to work.
- Well-developed problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High customer and service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written); German language skills would be an advantage.
