- We are seeking an experienced and energetic hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or 10 years experience in a senior managerial role in a 4-Star or 5-Star hotel.
- Solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Knowledge of hotel software and booking system.
- Strong operational background in Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage and Rooms.
- Strong leadership, management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholder across varying levels.
