Job Title: Engineering Manager Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:1. Ensure engineers set and meet milestones, deadlines, objectives, and goals aligned with project delivery timelines.

  1. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from the inquiry stage to project execution, managing a team of multi-discipline engineers for various projects.

  2. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

  3. Collaborate with management and the business development team to discuss project specifications and procedures.

  4. Front-end client interactions, addressing queries and providing clarifications for various engineering disciplines.

  5. Review and assess technical proposals, designs, and code contributions from internal and external teams.

  6. Lead a team of multiple-discipline design engineers and draftsmen in the execution of engineering-related activities.

  7. Enhance existing processes and procedures within the engineering function.

  8. Participate in detailed design calculations, preparation of engineering data sheets & specifications, and shop fabrication drawings.

  9. Troubleshoot design problems arising from shop and field capabilities.

  10. Engage in pre-award activities, including preliminary design, preparation of tender drawings, material take-offs, and cost estimation.

  11. Collaborate with commercial/procurement teams in the preparation of quotations, bids, material sourcing, and vendor development.

  12. Work closely with the project management team to ensure proper execution of the job within the specified scope.

  13. Manage design issues with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with client design requirements.

  14. Build and develop a high-performing team capable of handling diverse projects in the future.


Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience in project management and engineering leadership within the EPC sector.Strong technical background with expertise in multi-discipline engineering projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.p
