Provide support in developing and optimizing processes/equipment. Provide support to the execution of improvement projects within the Engineering Department. Execute tasks based on Problem Solving methodology.Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Create and execute equipment and process validations.
- Provide support to develop/improve manufacturing processes using engineering tools.
- Have a participating role in problem solving processes, whether due to the increasing number of complaints, scrap, defects, or low productivity, among others.
- Support projects for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, or for utilization of space
- Provide support to the production process related to calibrations, scrap increase, and Quality System actions.
- Engaging in waste reduction initiatives in all divisions of the company.
- Create or update productive procedures and technical documentation related to these processes (equipment, tools, fixtures, spare parts drawings, among others).
- Support engineering activities related to product/process transfer between BCI facilities.
What we are looking for:
- Advanced student in engineering careers or health sciences or related fields (with more than 60% of degree completed)
- English level: B1+ (Must)
- 0 - 3 years of experience.
- Domain in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communications skills and proactive and self-motivated.
- Highly organized and planner person.
