BACK ORDERS CLERK

ACDC Dynamics a leading manufacturer, importer, and distributor of quality products in the electrical, electronics, pumps, and tools industry is looking for a Back Orders Clerk to join the team.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
We require a dynamic Back Orders Clerk to request stock from branches for items on back order & to cancel back orders no longer required. Incumbent will follow up on backorders and expedite the process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Request stock for sales agents
  • Request stock for branches
  • Cancel back orders
  • Clear obsolete items from the back-orders list
  • Complete and follow up on back orders report for sales agents
  • Authorizations to request stock from other locations
  • Follow up on outstanding requisitions
  • Maintain and process requests via the “ORB” system
  • Document and follow up with purchasing on back orders with no stock
  • Transformers back orders - report
  • Stock checks
  • Administrate staff sample accounts
  • 2 years of sales in an electrical environment
  • Admin or similar role experience
  • Accpac experience preferred
