Your New Role
Reporting to the P&C Projects Manager this role will be a key member of the P&C Projects team based in Warsaw, Poland. Activities will focus on the administration and co-ordination of company benefits across Poland.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Employee benefits management,
- Collaboration with benefit service providers,
- Order processing, invoicing, and settlement related to benefits,
- Supporting benefits projects and activities as required,
- Writing benefits content and engaging communications.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong organizational skills,
- Previous experience in Benefits or in general in HR, administration, or accounting,
- Communication skills that are clear and engaging,
- Customer service skills exhibiting a high level of tact and diplomacy,
- Self-motivated and solution orientated, always displaying absolute discretion and confidentiality,
- Fluent in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.
