Join us as a Property & Workplace Specialist
- We’ll look to you to deliver successful outcomes by understanding and fulfilling customer and business needs
- You’ll be liaising with customers and businesses to accurately collect information in order to solve their queries
- You’ll be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with a variety of different customers on a daily basis
- We’re offering this role for a period of 24 months
What you'll do:
As a Property & Workplace Specialist, you’ll be responding to queries from customers promptly and within our service targets. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills to listen to our customers, develop relationships with them and maintain an understanding of their needs at all times.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Managing office space by designed tools for it’s reservation in order the best adjust resources to current needs
- Organizing access to the office and creating and overseeing related procedures and controls
- Shaping portfolio and distributing necessary assets (mobile phones, equipment to work from home)
- Making orders, purchases (for the office purpose and supporting employees ideas) and invoice settlements
- Developing new solutions helping data gathering and reporting related to office presence, utilization and stock monitoring
- Observing trends on the market and adopt best practises incorporating local legislation to provide competitive working conditions
- Creating inclusive working environment through developing adequate processes that support additional needs of people with disabilities or impairments may have
- Contract management and rising new ideas to improve service conditions
- Rising and delivering initiatives supporting bank climate agenda as well reporting own operations targets
The skills you'll need:
In order to excel in this role, you’ll have strong customer service abilities along with property & workplace knowledge. You’ll also work well in a fast-paced environment and have good organisational skills to deliver to deadlines.
You’ll also demonstrate:
- An awareness of changes in trends, policies and regulations in property & workplace area
- Experience of managing stakeholder relationships
- Good knowledge of MS Office
