Responsibilities:

  • Delivers operational results with a short-term focus within the section of responsibility.
  • Makes decisions and gives instructions that result in the achievement of operational KPIs, prevention of delays in assigned work and limit of risk of expenditures of time, human resources and/or funds.
  • Provides operational reports to direct superior. Coordinates with the other section managers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Provides leadership support to the operational teams in her section.
  • In coordination with the other section managers, develops and proposes to direct superior effective work processes, procedures, work instructions, and SOP.
  • Closely controls the section of responsibility to ensure that the operational teams provide smooth warehouse operations and follow DC procedures / work instructions / SOP and stay within the budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations/logistics & supply chain management
  • Experienced in managing people in various operations from middle to large scale
  • Customer service / customer relationship management required
  • Good presentation skill and ability to communicate effectively both in Thai and English
  • Financial and budgeting skills, experienced in P&L Management
  • Knowledge and skills of Warehouse Management System and SAP.
