Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage (body & foot) in accordance with spa standard
• Ensure high level of service standard
• Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness and tidiness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of business premise
• Prepare necessary treatment products, replenish stocks, towel supply, etc
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently & politely
• Follow and comply with the instructions given by Spa Manager & Receptionists
