Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Cloud Technical Committee to establish Ensign’s cloud platform architecture and framework for running cloud services
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions, and create technical architecture and implementation plans
- Take part in reviewing, establishing and refactoring of the polices and framework for the governance of the cloud platform's usage
- Develop product roadmap for future enhancements of Ensign’s cloud platform
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and SOPs to ensure the platform meets compliance requirements
- Design and implement DevSecOps processes for continuous delivery and integration of security services to cloud environments
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services, including virtual machines, containers, networking, and storage services on AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Ensure the platform meets industry standards for security and compliance, such as ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring junior staff, performing code reviews, and ensuring quality control of deliverables
- Participate in technology evaluations and recommendations to ensure the security platform is using the latest cloud technologies and best practices
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the security services platform
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Hands-on experience in DevSecOps, cloud operations, and cloud security best practices
- Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and implementing compliance requirements such as ISO27001, SOC2, and GDPR
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator Associate or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer
- Expert-level cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect are a plus
