Description
Responsibilities:
- To undertake contract reviews or drafting, liaise with external lawyers.
- Provide general legal advice and support to the various business divisions / subsidiaries of the Company in a variety of areas.
- Able to balance legal issues aganist commercial requirements of the busines
- Willing to work at Puchong.**
- A recognised degree in law and preferably admitted to the Malaysia Bar.
- At least three (3) years post qualification experience.
- Good written and spoken English and Bahsa Malaysia is essential.
- Good written and spoke in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Strong drafting skills.
- Experience in construction law and contracts would be an added advantage
- Positive attitude, proactive and ability to work independently and as a team
