Job Title: Soap Bar Manufacturing Production Supervisor Job Overview: Our company is seeking a Soap Manufacturing Production Supervisor with experience overseeing the production of high-quality soap bar products. This position will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes are efficient and effective, meeting production targets while adhering to Quality Control guidelines and safety standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in soap bar making, demonstrated leadership skills, and a deep knowledge of efficient manufacturing methodologies. As a Soap Manufacturing Production Supervisor, you will work closely with the company's leadership team to achieve all production goals and maintain the high standards expected of our brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee the implementation of manufacturing processes for soap production, ensuring optimized output, efficiency, and product quality. - Manage teams and production personnel, scheduling work hours, assigning tasks, ensuring proper training, and overseeing performance evaluations. - Keep production facilities clean, organized, and safe, with appropriate PPE and adherent to health and safety standards. - Monitor production and quality control processes, ensuring that products meet company standards, and adjust as necessary. - Develop and maintain production schedules, estimating labor requirements and assigning personnel to specific tasks. - Conduct regular checks of all equipment and machinery to ensure it is operating correctly and addressing any issues as necessary. - Work closely with the purchasing team, track inventory, develop forecasts, and maintain stock levels of all necessary materials, oils, and fragrances. - Develop and implement process controls and metrics to track production success. - Communicate with across all teams, coordinating production changes updates with sales, marketing, and supply chain as required. Qualifications: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in soapmaking or a similar role. - Experience leading and managing a production team, including performance management, scheduling, and problem-solving. - Experience creating production reports and maintenance reports. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff..
