Assystem Energy & Infrastructure are recruiting for a Recruiter to join our growing HR team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Working closely with recruiting managers and the wider recruitment function, you’ll take ownership of the full end to end recruitment process for a portfolio of vacancies covering a variety differing skill sets. You’ll regularly be managing 15+ vacancies at various points of the sourcing, selection, and onboarding process at any one time.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 2/3 days in our Bristol office and the other days working from home.
Responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking initial role briefing meetings with recruiting managers
- Working to both Assystem and client processes to ensure compliance to legislation & company policies.
- Support the wider people team and security team in onboarding activities.

Profile
You’ll be a great recruiter with a strong understanding of the complete recruitment cycle (Undertaking role briefs, sourcing, interviewing, offer management & onboarding). You will be working within a dynamic, fast paced environment so you’ll need to be comfortable with working at speed whilst ensuring accuracy is never compromised. The ability to spin multiple plates at any one time is essential !.
As most of the roles you will be recruiting for will be engineering and infrastructure biased, you’ll ideally have a background of recruiting within one of the following sectors.
- Power Generation
- Transportation infrastructure
- Engineering
- Utilities
- Construction/Facilities
