We are hiring for the firm based in Muscat Oman for the role of HR professional, your role involves managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle and supporting the organization's human capital needs. Your responsibilities may include:
2. Onboarding and orientation: HR professionals facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. This may include conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies and procedures, and providing necessary training.
Employee relations: HR professionals handle employee relations matters, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment. They may also conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance management: HR professionals oversee the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and identifying opportunities for employee development and growth.
Training and development: HR professionals coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge. This may involve organizing training programs, workshops, and seminars to support employee learning and career advancement.
Compensation and benefits: HR professionals manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, employee benefits enrollment, and compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
HR policies and compliance: HR professionals develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with legal requirements. They also stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to mitigate risks and maintain a fair and inclusive workplace.
Employee engagement: HR professionals promote employee engagement and morale through initiatives such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms to foster a positive work culture.
Salary: RO800.000 - RO900.000 per month
