We are hiring for a firm based in Oman for the role of accountant and Role and responsibilities are as follows.
An accountant is responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements. Their primary role is to help individuals or organizations make informed financial decisions by providing financial information and advice.
Recording financial transactions: Accountants maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, such as sales, purchases, and expenses. They use accounting software and tools to record and organize this information.
Preparing financial statements: Accountants prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. These statements provide a snapshot of an organization's financial position and performance.
Analyzing financial data: Accountants analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. They may use financial ratios, budgeting techniques, and forecasting models to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Ensuring compliance: Accountants ensure that financial records and statements comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards. They may also assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring timely payment of taxes.
Providing financial advice: Accountants often serve as trusted advisors, providing financial guidance and recommendations to individuals or organizations. They may assist in budgeting, financial planning, and investment decisions.

Salary: RO500.000 - RO600.000 per month
