- Design travel packages and itineraries.
- Design and sells honeymoon.
- Handling FIT requests and create bookings through different reservation systems along with direct.
- Sells readymade group packages for outbound Travel.
- Sells the optional sightseeing tours and transfer for outbound.
- Collect visa requirements and necessary travel documents from the clients.
- Prepare travel proposals and contracts for the client.
- Handle holidays packages operation for groups.
- Outgoing calls to agents and suppliers to manage the accounts receivable and payable.
- Contact different suppliers (Hotels, sightseeing, airlines, local tour operator etc) to confirm and follow up on outgoing travel services.
- Assist in training New employees.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in sales or tourism industry.
- Minimum of 3-year experience in tourism in the outbound department.
- Very Good English Language Level
- Knowledge of leisure destinations outside Egypt.
- Flexible to travel abroad to handle Group trips.
- Very Good expertise in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Able to work in flexible shifts.
