JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description**

J.P. Morgan WE Technology Operations Function is responsible for the implementation and the management of processes, procedures and controls relating to the oversight of IT activities on-site and outsourced IT activities to internal JPMC and external parties. The Technology Operations Function interacts closely with the lines of business, Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Technology, Information Security Managers (ISM) and the Information Security Officer (ISO), Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI), Compliance, Audit, and other stakeholders, to ensure compliance with IT related regulatory and legal requirements for the location and internal JPMC control policies.*

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Application Data Segregation Remediation
  • Creating credible remediation plans.
  • Monitoring and Governance Reporting.
  • Case Management BAU
  • Evidence Review and approval.
  • Supporting stakeholders and query management.
  • Continuous compliance controls execution.
  • Project management
  • Continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure key controls are maintained throughout continuous improvement initiatives in key tools and related processes.

Required/preferred skillsets:

  • Strong analytical skills with an ambition to improve processes.
  • Process design and documentation skills and experience.
  • Being able to cope efficiently with various topics in parallel.
  • Work well as part of a team but also be able to work independently.
  • Efficiently identify, manage, and escalate relevant issues.
  • Access Management experience and/or knowledge.
  • Application Data Segregation Technical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of respective regulatory and legal requirements.
