Associate Audit Co- Ordinator

I am supporting an Alternative investment management firm in the recruitment of an associate oversight and audit co
- Ordinator.

In your new role you will support the audit team and manager in through coordinating and overseeing the execution of audit in the organisation.

You will:

• Co-ordinate domiciliation activities of the entities
• Contribute to fund board meetings with supporting documents and oversight of standards and activities.
• Manage funds audit and provide support to improve operational practice and procedure improvements.
• Be involved with due diligence, onboarding and depositary projects including the self-assessment questionnaire completion.
• Support central administration, distributors, and transfer agents through KPI reports.

Key requirements.:
To be considered for this role you must have:

• A master’s degree or fund industry equivalent in accounting, finance or business.
• 2 or more years relevant experience in the Luxembourg Investment Funds industry.
• Experience in collaborating with global operations and customer facing teams.
• Fluent in English and French, other languages considered as an advantage.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards, financial industry knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, focus on accuracy and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders.
