What will my day-to-day look like?
- Design learning solutions in collaboration with Instructional Designers
- Gather feedback to improve learning solutions
- Manage multiple projects and portfolios, ensuring timely delivery
- Identify and address concerns to ensure successful delivery
- Connect with various levels of management and cross-functional teams
- Drive process optimization and identify improvement opportunities
What do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of program management experience, preferably in a learning or education setting
- Ability to lead enterprise-wide programs with complex dependencies
- Understanding of learning needs in technical environments
- Proven track record of consulting with leadership on learning and change management
