Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Verify invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor statements.
- Generate customer invoices, follow up on payments, and reconcile AR ledger.
- Prepare financial reports and support month-end procedures.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Lead the preparation and verification of invoices, bills, and expense reports for accuracy.
- Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Substantial experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and mentor junior staff.
- Willingness and ability to work abroad, as the position may require international travel or relocation.
