What You'll Be Doing:
Step into the role of FNOL Claims Handler and make a meaningful impact with diverse responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day claims processing and communications.
- Ensure compliance with insurance company guidelines and claims reporting rules.
- Optimize department efficiency and service practices.
- Log notifications and handle reserve amendments promptly.
- Contribute to month-end reporting and payment records.
- Prioritize exceptional service for customers, brokers, and third parties.
- Support claims manager and insurer audits.
- Facilitate expert appointments for claims settlement.
- Strive for early settlements, adhering to PIAB rules.
- Assist in settlement negotiations and provide training if needed.
- Fulfill additional duties as directed by management.
