Job Detail:

  • Senior Account Executive (40K-50K) (SDG-103828)
  • เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายบัญชี-
  • New Clients 90％, Existing Clients 10％
  • Find new potential customers.
  • Approach potential customers to get requirement or figure out their pain points to enter business in digital marketing fields like performance marketings and Mar-tech services etc.
  • Support on competitor analysis findings and customers voice findings.
  • Conduct related departments or suppliers to create proposal for customers to solve their issues or achieve their requirement.
  • Manage clients’ projects as well as monitoring, reporting, and analyzing results to improve performance.
  • Communicate with your manager to improve our sales activities, and train juniors.
  • Follow seniors’ direction and manage team working smoothly.
  • Report progress to Assistant Account Manager and Sales & Planning Manager.
  • Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and study Mar-Tech solutions we can provide.
  • Have a motivation to study more about digital marketing, CRM, and Mar-Techs.

  • ค้นหาลูกค้าใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ
  • เข้าถึงผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าเพื่อรับความต้องการหรือค้นหาปัญหาในการเข้าสู่ธุรกิจการตลาดดิจิทัล เช่น การตลาดเชิงประสิทธิภาพและบริการ Mar-tech เป็นต้น
  • สนับสนุนการค้นพบการวิเคราะห์คู่แข่งและฟังเสียงของลูกค้า
  • ดำเนินการแผนกหรือซัพพลายเออร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสร้างข้อเสนอสำหรับลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหรือบรรลุความต้องการ
  • จัดการโครงการของลูกค้าตลอดจนการติดตาม รายงาน และวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ
  • สื่อสารกับผู้จัดการของคุณเพื่อปรับปรุงกิจกรรมการขาย และฝึกอบรมรุ่นน้อง
  • ปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งของรุ่นพี่และบริหารจัดการทีมงานให้ทำงานได้อย่างราบรื่น
  • รายงานความคืบหน้าต่อผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการบัญชีและผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายและวางแผน
  • ติดตามแนวโน้มการตลาดดิจิทัลและศึกษาโซลูชัน Mar-Tech ที่สามารถให้ได้
  • มีแรงจูงใจในการศึกษาเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับการตลาดดิจิทัล, CRM และ Mar-Tech

  • Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 40 years old- Bachelor's degree

・A degree in Marketing, Communication, or another related field.

  • ・More than 3-5 years work experience as sales staff in advertising or media industry
  • ・More than 3 -5 year’s work experience in digital marketing
  • ・Intermediate level of English or higher (Work with a Japanese Manager)
  • ・Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • ・Basic skill of PPT and Excel including Functions, filtering, and making a pivot table etc.
  • ・Project management skills
  • ・Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
  • ・Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • ・Ability to meet deadlines.
  • ・Basic understanding of general Digital Marketing concepts.
  • ・Ability to understand Mar-Techs like CDP, CRM software, Marketing Automation tools, etc.
  • ・Knowledge of effective social media techniques and campaigns.
  • ・Knowledge of web design and development
  • ・Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics- ・Good at logical thinking
  • Language Skill

  • Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday (Saturday only when needed))
