Role - Renewals or New Business Personal Lines

Position Overview:
As a Renewals Advisor for Personal Lines Insurance, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our exceptional customer retention rates. Reporting to a Sales Team Lead, you will focus on renewing upcoming Car and Home insurance policies, working collaboratively within a close-knit team.
They operate in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment, offering an appealing bonus structure along with a competitive and attractive salary.
- Retention Expertise: Concentrating on retaining existing business by managing renewal retention strategies.
- Client Advisory: Providing expert advice to clients on motor, home, and commercial insurance products.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Target Achievement: Striving to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Ethical Interaction: Interacting professionally and ethically with colleagues, clients, and insurance providers.
- Revenue Growth: Contributing to the growth of the company by focusing on revenue generation.
To qualify for the position, you will need:
- APA or CIP qualified
- Experience in Personal Lines or experience in other areas of Insurance will be considered.
- Experience in working in sales
- You have a calm and friendly phone manner with target driven approach
- Organized, well-oriented, and a great team player!

- Competitive salary with excellent potential bonus. €38 - 44,000 OTE depending on experience plus annual company bonus
