In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to engage in field service, site installation, and perform Quality check on all completed machines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide site machine installation and maintenance.
- Attend to service call.
- To conduct in-house and on-site training for customer.
- Investigate and handle customer's complaints.
- Quality check on all completed machines to ensure stringent quality compliance before delivery to customer.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of field service or QA experience in Industrial Automation projects
- Ability to build strong relationships, work with customers to solve problems
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, Quality conscious and Problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
