JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate technical discussions with customers, partners, and Googlers as needed through all phases of customer engagements.
- Provide domain expertise around public cloud and enterprise technology, and promote Google Cloud with customers, at conferences, and online.
- Create and deliver best practice recommendations, tutorials, blog posts, sample code, and presentations adapted to technical, business, and executive partners.
- Provide customer and market feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help define product direction.
- Work as part of a broader solutions Go-To-Market team to contribute technical assets, prioritize and shape solution direction, while impacting business and bookings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with databases or data analytics within a cloud based environment.
- Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Go.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
- Experience with database migration of Postgres, MySQL, and Oracle databases.
- Experience with Kafka, Spark, Hive, Presto/Trino, BigQuery, and/or Dataflow/Beam.
- Understanding of data and information management as it relates to Big Data or streaming data pipeline.
- Ability to translate/communicate complex technical concepts in an approachable way for broad audiences, empowering them with memorable and useful information.
