We're looking for a high-energy, innovative, and analytical superstar for our new People Projects and Process stream of two (including you). If you're passionate about transforming HR and creating a world-leading experience for our people, this role is made for you!

Our new People Projects and Process stream will be the driving force behind our People function's transformation, making it more mature and dynamic. We're on a mission to analyse, innovate, and redefine People initiatives and processes to ensure our people have the best experience.
*What You'll Do? *As the People Projects Partner, you'll be at the heart of HR innovation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dive into HR metrics and data to uncover trends, gain insights, and identify areas for improvement.
- Co-create cutting-edge people and culture policies, making them user-friendly for leaders and kaimahi (employees).
- Support the People Projects Lead with the development of a remuneration and benefits strategy.
- Elevate the People Partnering function, providing support to People Leads and coaching the team on various People matters.
- Support the evolution of our performance management framework.
- Spearhead our digital approach, introducing automation, AI solutions, self-service capabilities, advanced analytics, and seamless system integrations.
- Play a critical role in supporting business tenders by staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and job market changes.
