We are looking for a Online Shopping Manager to join our Online Department.
- We are seeking strong leader who is committed to customer service, can work to high standards and has excellent communication skills. You will lead Online team and be a key figure in ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience for our online customer base.
Key job functions include,
- Ensuring our customers get the very best service at all times in line with our customer promises.
- Co-ordinating training and development of all staff
- Organizing the day to day running of the Online Department including rostering.
- Operational excellence is achieved for all online shopping orders.
- Ensuring processes and procedures are always adhered to.
- Undertaking necessary administrative functions of the role
The Successful applicant will have,
- Be able to successfully lead a team of online shopping.
- Have Full New Zealand Driver license.
- Be physically fit and able to fulfil all the requirements of the role.
- Strong relationship builder, team player, honest and flexible
- Strong organizational and communication
- An excellent work ethic and attitude
We need someone who can and willing to work as early as 5:30AM and work on weekend days, hence availability of transport is essential. Full roster will be discussed at interview.
