We are looking for a Promotions Assistant to work shifts that typically come up during the week and on the weekends. You must be hardworking, positive, creative, and passionate about people! These roles require someone who is willing to muck in and will take on the everyday jobs that come with being part of a fast-paced promotions team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The role will be a combination of in-office work and some out on the road helping with events and activations! You will help bring exciting promotions and brand campaigns to life - here's how:
- Work alongside our commercial and content teams on the organisation and execution of promotions, sponsorship's and activation's across all of NZME's brands and media platforms.
- Help to submit proposals, briefs and post-campaign reporting.
- Assist with organising promotional prizes and sending these out to winners.
ABOUT YOU:
You’ll need to be calm and able to hold your smile under pressure and be OK making sense of the occasional chaos! Reporting to the Promotions Director, All levels of experience will be considered.
What is key is your attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, serious organisational skills, excellent judgement skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
We're looking for someone with a full, clean drivers licence, who is professional, has a passion for radio, is a people person and is honest and reliable. Previous radio or promotions work would be ideal but not necessary.
WHAT'S ON OFFER:
A flexible role on a casual contract, with around 15-20 hours of shifts per week although this may vary.
You will work in a supportive environment where you can learn new skills, with exciting opportunities to work across our leading entertainment brands.
