The client

They want to grow and foster your development into the MYOB Advantage Functional Consulting capacity and whether you bring substantial experience from an internal Accounting & Finance role or have a proven track record in an ERP system implementations, we truly want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Spearhead the definition of internal business requirements, leveraging your background in Accounting & Finance with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Lead strategic discussions within Finance and Accounting teams, ensuring clear understanding of business requirements translate into functional design documents.
  • Identify and intricately map customer order-to-cash processes in the realms of manufacturing and wholesale distribution.
  • Translate project requirements into a comprehensive functional design, drawing on your expertise in ERP systems.
  • Drive the timely implementation of the MYOB Advantage suite of products, utilizing your hands-on experience and/or your domain knowledge.
  • This is a permanent fulltime role working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

Preferred Requirements:

  • A background in internal Accounting & Finance OR a track record in ERP implementation where a mid tier solution was put in.
  • Evolved business acumen, with proven experience in communicating/teasing out business processes.
  • Any proficiency in mid-market ERP systems such as Dynamics Business Central, Netsuite, Pronto, Greentree would be highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of aligning business processes with ERP functionality.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, anchored in a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:
We require:

  • A degree in Accounting & Finance or a related discipline ideally (Not seen as essential).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in mid-market ERP systems or an implementation under your belt.
