Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of various hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Work closely with department heads to set goals, establish priorities, and monitor performance to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage staffing levels, recruitment, training, and development initiatives to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal cost control and quality assurance.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses on key performance indicators, financial metrics, and operational efficiencies for senior management review.

Requirements:
