Quality Technician

We are looking for a Quality Technician
to join our Quality Assurance team in Drama.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Collect data used to derive quality objectives, as required by the Quality Manager.
  • Execute and maintain comprehensive quality product inspections
  • Serve as a manufacturing focal point for intelligent analysis of quality issues, determining true root causes and implementation of permanent corrective and preventive actions
  • Follow and promote the use and implementation of internal quality standards and procedures. Reviews documentation for compliance to quality standards
  • Inspect First Articles, incoming components, raw materials, fabricated parts, and in-process assemblies and subassemblies according to Inspection Plans and Specification Requirements
  • Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company's quality assurance policies and customer specifications.
  • Document and report inspection findings and results, and monitors corrective actions to inspection findings.
  • Records all inspection and testing data on appropriate report sheet/log book as per approved procedure and/or good laboratory practices.
  • Oversees resolution of all corrective actions.
  • Initiates quality improvement recommendations.
  • May provide assistance to lower level staff with more general support tasks that require a better understanding of functions, as directed by immediate supervisor.
  • Member of the facilities safety committee.
  • Report near misses.
  • Improvement and development of management systems in the Organization including preparation and participation in internal audit process.
  • Has the obligation to be aware of, participate and comply with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Information Security policies, regulations and management system requirements. Endures duties of high-quality standards at all times and ensures subordinates act in the same manner.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Job Requirements

  • Technical Degree as an Electrical Engineer or related field.
  • At least two (2) years of experience in technical field.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
  • Good communication, collaboration and customer service skills.
  • Highly observative and detail oriented.
  • Very good PC skills, especially in MS Office. SAP knowledge will be considered an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of the English Language.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
