Brand Manager

ITS Security Limited subsidiary is recruiting for a Brand Manager specialized in the agricultural sector, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the agricultural industry. Your role will involve understanding the dynamics of the agricultural market, identifying key stakeholders, and devising strategies to position our agricultural products effectively. You will play a critical role in building brand awareness, credibility, and loyalty among farmers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.

Job description

  • Develop comprehensive brand strategies that address the specific challenges and opportunities within the agricultural industry, including brand positioning, messaging, and market segmentation.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of farmers, agricultural distributors, and other stakeholders within the agricultural sector.
  • Ensure Product Positioning and Differentiation
  • Marketing Campaigns and Collaterals
  • Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all marketing materials, packaging, and product labeling, adhering to industry regulations and standards.
  • Budget Management**: Develop and manage budgets for brand initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles within the agricultural sector, with a minimum of [3] years of experience.
  • Deep understanding of the agricultural industry, including knowledge of farming practices, crop production, livestock management, and agricultural supply chains.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels within the agricultural sector.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving, able to develop compelling brand narratives and campaigns tailored to agricultural audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as familiarity with marketing analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Willingness to travel to agricultural sites, trade shows, and industry events as needed.
