Workathlon is hiring on behalf of One& Only Aesthesis Hotel in Athens an Assistant Laundry Manager who will be responsible for running the laundry department's day to day operations and also to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Support the Laundry Manager in daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
Supervise laundry staff, providing guidance and training.
Implement proper laundry procedures for high-quality standards.
Maintain laundry equipment and coordinate repairs.
Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
Record and monitor laundry costs.
Prepare reports and recommendations as needed.
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in laundry or housekeeping.
Knowledge of laundry operations and equipment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Proficient computer skills.
