Our client is a well-renowned agency, part of a global brand. Located in central Auckland, they are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team.
Supporting the Operations Director in delivering effective resource management, you will be a key member of the operations team and act as the central triage to orchestrate the smooth running of work, including managing the day-to-day flow of work through the agency, with key stakeholders across all brands and disciplines, maintaining and tracking resources, and manage end-of-month invoicing and billing.
You will be process-driven and solutions-focused, detail-orientated and organised and have the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment. Previous financial administration experience is preferred, but not essential.
