People Projects Partner

We are looking for a People Projects Partner for a company that is deeply committed to its values and purpose and prioritises personal development and career growth. This is a permanent, part-time role located in East Tamaki offering between 20 to 32 hours per week.
This role reports to the People Projects Lead and will support them with various HR projects. A key focus of the role will be supporting updates and maintaining data on their HR system and analysing HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Day to day you could expect to work on:
- Updating and maintaining data in the HRIS
- Supporting the business with HRIS queries
- HR analytics and reporting
- Identifying process efficiencies
- Revising and updating HR policies and procedures
- Supporting the preparation of tenders
- Supporting initiatives such as employee engagement and onboarding
